I was in Chicago last week visiting my son, DIL and new grandson...it was mighty cold for this girl from Florida...but I only left the house once when we went to dinner and then when we went to the airport so it wasn't too bad.Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05740642815128986086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2375667156400328011.post-35442617802674489032007-01-31T09:30:00.000-08:002007-01-31T09:30:00.000-08:00I meant to ask: what does Irish lake mean? We lived in Northern IL until 3 years ago when my husband's job brought us to CA. We lived in Mt Prospect for 28 years & before we were married, I lived in Long Grove, my husband in Arlington Heights. Small world! Love SoCal, though. Winter is very different & much easier to bear. Dogs love it, too!Jayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13469828219999900733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2375667156400328011.post-3508879880005298662007-01-31T04:11:00.000-08:002007-01-31T04:11:00.000-08:00Your Grandmother's quilt is beautiful and quite a ...Your Grandmother's quilt is beautiful and quite a treasure.
